The 9900 excels at both sanding and buffing! Its 6" gear driven rotating/oscillating pad action is ideal for clear coats. And it cuts repair time compared to electric powered buffers. Plus the pad action reduces the amount of heat generated and abrasive load-up to increase abrasive life. A soft-grip handle, T-handle motor cover, and light weight give the 9900 great ergonomics.
