Put this new chuck onto your drill spindle in place of the existing one. Turning the chuck sleeve makes the jaws open or close, so bits can be inserted or removed effortlessly. There is no chuck key to worry about or lose. The chuck locks after the sleeve has been tightened, and drilling can begin.
