ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Your business is always appreciated at TheToolWarehouse.net and every customer is important to us. Each order placed with us is handled in a quick and efficient manner. We process orders placed by 1 PM EST for same day shipment. Orders received after 1 PM EST are processed for next business day shipment. At this time we accept orders for shipment to all 50 United States and to Puerto Rico. In rare instances, if we determine after receipt of an order that we cannot fulfill your requirements, we reserve the right to supply less than the quantity ordered of an item, or to cancel an order in it's entirety. This reservation is made without prejudice to any individual or company, and we will always act fairly and in the best interest of all of our customers.

Freight charges may apply to back ordered items.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment in full is due with each order. We will process the following types of payment:

STATE/LOCAL SALES TAX
All orders with a shipment destination in Illinois, Texas, or New York state will have the local/state sales tax applied to the order total.

CREDIT CARDS
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to pay for an order.

C.O.D. SHIPMENTS
C.O.D. shipments are charged on a per carton basis at $11.00 for each box. C.O.D. orders are limited to a $150.00 order maximum. C.O.D. fees and lift gate charges are additional. We will accept a company check or money order. Please make checks or money orders payable to: THE TOOL WAREHOUSE.

*PLEASE NOTE: 2ND DAY AIR shipments must be paid with a credit card.

PREPAYMENT
Send a check or money order via mail (U. S. Postal Service) or delivery service (FedEx, UPS, etc.), payable to TheToolWarehouse.net, along with your completed order form.
