PRODUCT WARRANTY
Every product sold by TheToolWarehouse.net is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 90 days after the date of sale of the product. Many of the products that we sell carry a manufacturer's warranty that extends beyond this 90 day period. We will honor the longer of our 90 day warranty period or the manufacturer's warranty period. This warranty does not cover any product or part which has been subjected to misuse, negligence or accident, nor does it cover any product which is used for any purposes other than that for which it is intended as stated in the specific manufacturer's product information.

Find the identical product nationally advertised for less by one of our competitors and TheToolWarehouse.net will gladly discount 110% of the difference between our price and theirs. Nationally advertised low prices found must be printed out completely with proof of competitor's name, item make, manufacturer model number and the offer's expiration date clearly visible. If after receiving and inspecting your purchase you are not totally satisfied, simply return the merchandise to us within 30 days of receipt, shipping prepaid, for a full refund of your purchase price -there is no restocking charge for in stock items. Restocking charges may apply to drop shipped items from the manufacturer. Delivery charges are not refundable. The returned merchandise must be new, complete and in it's original packaging. We will not issue a credit or refund for any product which is returned to us that has been used or altered, or if any parts or packaging is missing.

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS TO US FOR EXCHANGE, CREDIT, OR REFUND
At TheToolWarehouse.net we try to make your purchasing experience as pleasant as possible, and that includes making it easy for you to return a product to us, for any reason. We ask only that you follow this simple procedure:
(1) The returned merchandise must be new, complete and in it's original packaging.
(2) The return must be made within thirty days of receipt of your order.
(3) Please include a copy of your original invoice with your return.
(4) Please indicate if you would like an exchange, credit or refund.
(5) Securely pack the product and send it shipping and insurance charges prepaid to:
