How do I place an order?

How long does it take for an order to be shipped?

In most cases, orders placed Monday – Friday before 1:00 p.m. CST will be shipped on the same day.  Orders received after 1:00 p.m. CST will be shipped the following business day.  Orders received on weekends will be processed on the next business day.  

How soon will I receive my order?

With numerous warehouses located across the United States, 70% of the U.S. will receive delivery within 2-3 business days.  The remainder of the continental U.S. will receive delivery within 4-5 business days depending on where you are located and which warehouse(s) has the product in stock.

How can I track my order once it is shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be assigned. This tracking number can be accessed on your Order Status page, which can be reached by opening your account information page on our web site. With your tracking number, you can track your shipment through the common carrier link, which is also found on the Order Status page. Inventory Discrepancies

In rare instances, if we determine after receipt of an order that we cannot fulfill your requirements, we reserve the right to supply less than the quantity ordered of an item, or to cancel an order in its entirety. This reservation is made without prejudice to any individual or company, and we will always act fairly and in the best interest of all of our customers.

Back Orders

Freight charges may apply to back ordered items.

Coupons, Promotions, and Limited Time Offers

Coupons, promotions and limited time offers cannot be combined with any other offer and cannot be applied to back ordered or special order items. Coupon code must be presented at time order is placed.

Payment Terms

Payment in full is due with each order. We will process the following types of payment: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, bank certified checks, and bank wires. Domestic company and personal checks are accepted but orders will be held up to 10 days after the check is deposited before processing.
