RETURN POLICY

  • We will accept any new, returned item, purchased from stock, provided it is in sellable condition.
  • Returns must be in unused condition.
  • New Returns must be in original box with all original packaging enclosed.
  • All returns are subject to a restocking fee.
  • Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer (unless defective).
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded, only product costs.  If the original order was $75 and under, there will be an additional $12.95 handling fee deducted from the credit.
  • Items are not returnable after 30 days from purchase date.
  • Software and electronic products are not returnable once opened or the seal is broken.
  • Special order items including but not limited to air compressors, tire changers, etc. are non-returnable.  A re-stocking fee is not an option as the manufacturer will not accept them back as they are specially made for each customer.
  • Any products that have been registered with the manufacturer or altered in any way cannot be returned for credit.
  • Special/custom orders are not returnable.
  • Consumables are not refundable unless returned unused in original packaging.

How to Prepare an Item for Return

  • All returns must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA), which can be obtained by e-mailing returns@thetoolwarehouse.net
  • All items returned for credit must be clearly marked with the (RGA) number on the outside of the shipping box only, not the product box, and shipped back to the address as instructed. Please contact your Customer Service Representative and they will be happy to assist you with this process.
  • Enclose a copy of your RGA provided by The Tool Warehouse describing which items are being returned and for what reason.
  • NOTE: All unauthorized returns will incur a 35% processing fee. Please follow return preparation instructions above to avoid this fee.  Returns shipped to an address other than the yellow highlighted address on the RGA form, will incur additional shipping charges and they will be deducted from any credits due the customer.

Returning an Item Under Warranty

  • All products sold by TheToolWarehouse.net are covered by the manufacturer's warranty repair/replacement policies only.
  • We are happy to help our customers with their warranty repairs by directing them to the manufacturer's warranty/repair center or customer service center.

Received Incorrect Merchandise or an Incorrect Order

Merchandise shortages or receipt of incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of receipt of the shipment. Claims submitted after this time will not be honored. Report all merchandise shortages by emailing returns@thetoolwarehouse.net

Please include the following information:

  1. State if the item was or was NOT on the packing slip.
  2. Provide the tracking numbers if multiple shipments were received.
  3. State if there was any damage or alteration to the shipping container.

NOTE:

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO INSPECT THE ITEM(S) THOROUGHLY BEFORE SIGNING FOR THE SHIPMENT.  OTHERWISE, IF THERE IS DAMAGE TO THE ITEM(S) THAT IS NOT DOCUMENTED ON THE BILL OF LADING THE TRUCKING COMPANY OR OTHER FREIGHT CARRIER WILL NOT HONOR ANY DAMAGE CLAIMS AFTER THE FACT SO OUR HANDS WILL BE TIED IF DAMAGE IS UNCOVERED AFTER THE DRIVER LEAVES.  THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.
